Currently Reading: The Dark Tower (The Dark Tower, Book 7)

by Stephen King

So it's been awhile - sorry about that. My lack of posting has been due to a combination of business, laziness, and not-much-to-reportedness...or something like that. Anyway, here's the quick rundown on the last weeks.

My mom and dad came to visit last weekend. It was so good to see them! I showed them all the sights of the bustling metropolis that is Augusta, Georgia - which took about a day (maybe less...). My brakes on my car decided to go kaput, so I got those fixed, which incidentally relieved me of my tax refund dollars. We went to Charleston on Sunday and wandered that beautiful city. They were here until Tuesday morning, so it was the perfect amount of time to show them what it is I do down here in my little area of the South.

For St. Patrick's Day I went out with a few friends and had the obligatory green beer (as pictured to your left). As far as I know, Alissa was the only one of us with any Irish heritage, so our outing was in celebration of her ancestors...or so we said...

Spring Break is coming up in two weeks - look out Netherlands, because here I come! What did you do (or what do you have planned) for your Spring Break?
