Sigh.

I dunno.

Anyway.

My water heater broke a couple days ago. Fantastic. Hooray for home warranties, though. Thanks to Home Warranty of America (they rock. tell your friends.), there is a shiny new water heater sitting in my garage and I can, you know, shower again and stuff.

Htd and I freaked out the plumber. He didn't realize there were two of us and did the biggest double-take I've ever witnessed when I walked out of my bedroom and he was in the kitchen talking to htd, who had just gotten home from work (apparently he thought he was talking to me).

I'm trying to decide whose singing voice I like better: Zooey Deschanel or Felicia Day. Thoughts?

Zooey. I like the kind of old soul sound she is able to somehow squeeze out of her tiny little frame.

I agree with you both - Zooey wins. Such a great voice.

In my opinion, she is the only actress who is able to pull off singing in most of her movie roles without being annoying. Probably because she has that whole deadpan, sarcastic thing going for her - so when she sings, it's unexpected. I'm a fan.
