Not so much.
Did you know it's possible to work out for 20 hours in a week and gain three pounds? That's fun.
Ok ok, no matter what the demon scale says, I know I didn't actually gain three pounds in a week, but nutrition is definitely a big piece of the Ironman training puzzle that I haven't exactly been focusing on these past six months. So for the next seven weeks I'm going to really rein it in and clean it up, with a focus on getting enough of the proper nutrients and cutting out the unnecessary extras.
To that end, all (non-training-related) refined sugars are out until after IMCDA. You heard it here first.
Sigh.
