Challenges:
Had to do a post-swim & run core strength series on Tuesday. The place where my abs are supposed to be got quite the workout let me tell you. Ouch.
Accomplishments:
Successfully used the metronome for my swims this week. It fell off a couple times, so I had to do some mid-lap underwater exploration to find it; luckily the thing beeps (duh), so that helped.
Surprises:
Chinese Mexican food is actually pretty good.
Bonus:
Bea got married!
