That's French for "Holy crap, I worked out today for the first time in...a while."

That elliptical machine kicked my ass.
But I guess that's kind of the point.

You got your own?? Is it wonderful??? I ellipticalled at 6am both monday and tuesday...tried today, but the gym was cleared out, so eventhough I got up at 6, I went back to sleep till 9...eeek. Oh well!! Good luck with your ellipticalling!! *To us*
