This marks the beginning of what I am sure will be a long career of using friends or friends' acquaintances as references for my work. In this case, I needed a reference photo of a four-year-old girl - Pat's adorable niece Lilly Grace fit the bill perfectly (who, just to be clear, does not actually have a hypothalamic hamartoma). :)
