that is deadman. his alter ego (when he was alive) was Boston Brand. deadman last appeared in "Batman: Gotham County Line," which I have.

you know what i saw a commercial for? SCRUBS 5 NIGHTS A WEEK this fall! *haley cries with joy due to her empty bank account and inability to purchase seasons of said tv show on DVD*
