Have you ever seen the movie Deliverance? Thanks to a spontaneous movie night, I have. It started out as an innocent conversation about canoeing and kayaking in Georgia and ended with one of the most disturbing movies I've seen to this date. If you're in the mood for some rollicking banjo music, inbred mountain people, crazy canoeing hijinks, and lots and lots of death and gore, then this is the movie for you.
So anyway, I had a great 22nd birthday. I got to experience the nightlife of Athens, Georgia (home of the University of Georgia) and had a mighty good time. Now I'm trying to settle in and study on a regular basis for my Anatomy class...so far, it's been a failed effort... Hope you're all having a good week!
